Fisher DeBerry: An Update
Finally, after four days of media feeding frenzy, at least a few columnists (Michael Wilbon, Ted Miller and Paul Campos) are speaking some sense. Good for them.

I'm a top-secret government optometrist and freelance writer channeling my inner muse from the heart of the Deep South. In 2008, I had the privilege of serving a one year gig as a community columnist for The Huntsville Times. Those monthly columns are reproduced here in their entirety. I formerly blogged at Ocular Fusion, but lately I've been busy writing for Optometry Times and pursuing other freelance opportunities.
